Initial Lactation Appointment

Choose this option if this is your first appointment with us, regardless of your baby’s age. Your LC will ask lots of questions and take a full history to help guide you on your breastfeeding journey. We can assess nipple/ breast pain and discuss recommendations for care; visually assist and demonstrate with latch and positioning of baby, provide advice and recommendations on expected intake volumes and weight gain; assistance with pumping and supplementation if necessary.
