Sliding Fee Schedule

Our Sliding Scale program allows us to reduce or "slide" the fees for your Lactation Appointment, Class, or Hospital Grade Pump Rental. Eligibility is based on family income and family size. The minimum fee for any class or one on one appointment is $25. This minimum amount is due at the time of your visit, as well as payment for any other unpaid balances.

To apply for a sliding fee, please provide your most recent pay stub for the last 30 days, current personal income tax return or an unemployment benefit statement prior to scheduling your appointment.

Payment Plans

For those paying out of pocket in-full for an appointment or class, a payment plan can be set up for $50. The minimum amount due at the time of your appointment or class is $50, and payments can be set up weekly in increments of $50 until the cost of your appointment or class is met, at which point payments will automatically cease. If you are interested in this option, just let staff know at the time of scheduling, or at checkout.
