Katie Shamp is an IBCLC and experienced babywearing educator who has been supporting families at The Center for over a decade. She offers compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help parents meet their feeding goals while using babywearing as a practical, nurturing tool for connection and care.

Katie’s work is deeply rooted in reproductive justice. She believes that every person deserves access to informed, respectful support in making decisions about whether and how to grow their family—and in achieving the goals they set for themselves. Her approach honors each family and each baby’s unique journey.
